Operational protocols, security parameters, and financial guidelines.

Access & Security

CRITICAL

Verification is imperative for operational security. Always cross-check the .onion address with the signed PGP message available on the main index or links page.

Primary Root: torzon4rzcg5sjjq63xmcn6usud4fhcz7zidpjbuiemtg2wiltv6pyid.onion

Import the market's PGP public key (ID: 0x4A1F...) into your GPG keychain and validate the signature of the mirror list. Always be cautious of links from unverified sources, clearweb forums, or private messages.

PGP 2FA is essential for Vendors and strongly advised for Buyers. It acts as the foremost safeguard against phishing attempts and password breaches.

Upon logging in, the system provides a PGP-encrypted challenge string. You are required to decrypt this with your private key to uncover the authentication token. Without the private key, access is unattainable, making stolen passwords ineffective.

  • Operating System: The standard is Tails OS (booted from USB); Windows is not advisable.
  • Web Browser: Utilize Tor Browser with the Security Level adjusted to "Safer" or "Safest" (JavaScript Disabled).
  • Communication: Always encrypt sensitive information (addresses, tracking details) manually with PGP before entering it into chat or order forms. Avoid depending on server-side encryption.
  • Currency: Monero (XMR) is the preferred choice for its linkability resistance.

Financial & Wallet

XMR / BTC

The market wallet employs a rotational address system, generating a distinct address for every deposit request. It is imperative not to reuse previous addresses.

Bitcoin (BTC) Requires 1 Network Confirmation (~10-20 mins). SegWit compatible.
Bitcoin (BTC) Requires 1 Network Confirmation (~10-20 mins). SegWit compatible.

Upon the placement of an order, funds are secured within a centralized escrow wallet. The vendor is unable to access these funds until the order status is designated as 'Finalized'.

Finalization takes place when:

  • The Buyer manually designates the order as Received/Finalize.
  • The Auto-Finalize (AF) timer reaches its conclusion (default is 14 days for tangible goods).
  • A Dispute is resolved favorably for the vendor by the administration.

Notice: Early Finalization (FE) releases funds instantly. Only utilize FE for reputable vendors with a well-established standing.

Withdrawals are executed in batches every half hour. A variable network fee is subtracted from the total withdrawal amount to guarantee swift confirmation on the blockchain.

To authorize any outgoing transaction, users are required to input their 6-digit PIN and 2FA code (if activated).

Vendors & Orders

MERCHANTS

Vendor Bond: A sum of $300 USD, equivalent in BTC or XMR, is required. This amount is non-refundable and acts as a safeguard against fraudulent activities. Vendors with a reputable history in other markets may request a waiver for the bond through a support ticket, provided they submit PGP signed verification of their identity.

Commission: The platform imposes a standard fee of 4% on all finalized transactions. This fee is allocated towards maintaining server infrastructure, DDoS protection, and the support team.

In the event that an order is either not received or is found to be lacking, it is imperative for the buyer to initiate a Dispute prior to the expiration of the Auto-Finalize timer. This procedure effectively secures the funds.

  1. A communication channel is established between the Buyer and Vendor to seek a collaborative resolution.
  2. Should a resolution not be achieved within a span of 72 hours, a Moderator will enter the discussion.
  3. Relevant evidence (logs, tracking information, adherence to policy) will be scrutinized.
  4. The Moderator will render a conclusive decision (Refund to Buyer, Release to Vendor, or Split the funds).
